Silky smooth, washed in brine & cider

Yarlington is a small, soft cheese washed in Tom Oliver's yarlington Mill cider. The rind has upfront, hammy washed rind aromas, followed by the fruity freshness of the cider. The paste is soft and buttery.

Ingredients: Pasteurised Cows' milk, Sea salt, animal rennet, Starter cultures, Yarlington Mill Cider (trace, contains sulphites)
