Fionagh's Sourdough Crackers. Each batch is hand-made in our bakehouse here in the beautiful hills of North Cornwall, using our sourdough ‘mother’ which is specially fed and nurture for punch and crunch. The dough is mixed using the finest rye flour and fermented to achieve the perfect texture and taste. It’s then rolled and sprinkled with extra rye flour before baking.
Ingredients: Wholemeal Flour (Wheat, Ascorbic Acid), Rye Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Sourdough (9.1%)[Rye Flour, Water, Barley Malt], Molasses, Salt
Produced in a bakery that also handles nuts, sesame, mustard, celery seeds and dairy products.
Due to the handmade nature of this product, thickness can sometimes vary; biscuits are hand-packed by weight.
