This deeply fruity jam is simply made using very generous quantities of sweet and sour cherries, a little Bramley apple, fresh lemon juice and unrefined cane sugar to achieve a natural set. Rosebud Cherry and Amaretto Jam is finished with fragrant bitter almond flavoured Amaretto liqueur, which pairs beautifully with the rich fruitiness of cherry to make the most popular of sweet preserves.
A luscious blend of sweet and sour cherries, enriched with the bitter/sweet notes of almond liqueur, makes our Cherry & Amaretto Jam a special Rosebud combination and one of our most popular preserves. Naturally set by the properties of fruit alone.
