330g with a best before date of 12 months from production (See side of box). Store in a cool dry place. Once open store in an airtight container.

Multiseed 110g: Plain Flour (Wheat, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Thiamin), Butter (Milk), Poppy Seeds (0.2%), Linseed (1.8%), Sunflower Seeds (1.8%), Salt, Chia Seeds (0.9%),White Pepper.
