Our Chocolate Curl design is made with layers of chocolate sponge and chocolate ganache. The gateau is then covered with a thin layer of marzipan and finished with a white, milk or dark chocolate spray effect. Hand made white, milk or dark chocolate curls decorate this gateau with an inscription of your choice hand piped on a chocolate tag.
Please enter your choice of white, milk or dark chocolate and inscription in the 'Anything you want to tell us' box which is on the first page as you checkout. Please also include your preference of ribbon colour.
Ribbon colours are Cream, Light Pink, Dark Pink, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Green, Lilac, Purple, Bronze, Silver, Gold or Black

Guidance for Cutting and Storing Your Cake
Before cutting remove all ribbons and decoration.
Always use a sharp serrated knife to cut your cake, cleaning the knife between each cut in hot water.
For chocolate cakes always use hot water to achieve clean non-sticky cuts.

Chocolate cakes must be kept refrigerated.
