Our famed chocolate gateau using layers of chocolate sponge and dark chocolate ganache is quite simply mouth-watering. Our ganache is made with fresh cream and dark chocolate (min. 55% cocoa solids).
Finished with a chocolate tag and inscription of your choice.

Guidance for Cutting and Storing Your Cake
Before cutting remove all ribbons and decoration. For multiple tier cakes run a small knife along the base of each tier and using a long sturdy knife gently lift the tiers apart.
Always use a sharp serrated knife to cut your cake, cleaning the knife between each cut in hot water.
For chocolate cakes always use hot water to achieve clean non-sticky cuts.

Chocolate cakes must be kept refrigerated.
